Dr Joern Eichler is heading the department for Secure Software Engineering at the Fraunhofer Institute for Applied and Integrated Security (AISEC). His research focuses on the secure lifecycle of heterogeneous and distributed (embedded) ICT systems. Prior his time at Fraunhofer, he worked for several years as developer, analyst, and project manager within international software development and integration projects.
