After studying Information Sciences in Milano, in 1998 Massimo started working as IT security consultant in one of the first security companies at that time. He had the opportunity of contributing to the definition of cyber security architectures and organization in many companies of different sectors, until he joined the Enel Group in 2002. In Enel, he participated to national and international initiatives aimed to the physical and cyber protection of generation plants and electricity distribution infrastructures. Since December 2017, he is the chair of European Energy – Information Sharing and Analysis Center.
